I stopped in Rodeo Coffee Shop on a Thursday morning it was not busy. I bet on the weekends it is hard to find a seat.I ordered the 3 egg Denver omelette it was stuffed with ham, onions, bell pepper, and cheese it was good and big it did not disappoint. It came with hash browns and I chose the biscuits and gravy the biscuits and gravy were really good. The servings are big and hardy so go with an appetite. The service was really good with a smile and always ready to pour another cup of coffee for you. I will definitely have to go back and try others that looked so good as they passed on to the tables.

2nd time here. I love the small town coffee shop vibe. Old school counter seating and a "sit where you like" welcome makes this place homey and classic. Ok, do yourself a favor and order the Enchilada Omlett. It's hands down the yummiest thing I've had for breakfast this year. My husband enjoyed the tenderfoot breakfast with 2 pancakes. Great place for breakfast or lunch. We'll be back!

This is the first time my wife and I have eaten at this little diner. It has a rustic, antique feel to it. To fit it's Clovis Rodeo theme which is very well done. The menu here is plentiful with options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff here are very friendly and energetic. They answered all our first time questions with a friendly smile. They're open from 7am to 2 pm if I remember correctly so if you're looking for a good cup of coffee, good food and very friendly service this is the place to come.

Wanted to try a new place so we decided to come here. We were greeted promptly and our order was taken. I had the sausage breakfast sandwich. You get to choose what kind of bread, how you want your eggs cooked and choice of meat. The sandwich also comes with hash browns or potatoes. Let me tell you, the food did not disappoint. In fact it was damn good. The sausage was country style which had excellent flavor. My husband had a 2 eggs type of breakfast with potatoes and biscuits & gravy. I tried some of his and the flavor was spectacular. We usually go to another spot every weekend, but I think this place just became our #1. Reading all the reviews prior I had some doubts, Im so glad we took a chance. We will definitely be back. Here is a pic of my sausage breakfast sausage. To add the toast bread was cooked on a grill because it had the consistency of a grill cheese crisp.

We got the bacon egg omelette, hash brown and substituted the English muffin for a pancake. The food was great. The water was straight tap water not filtered, so it tasted like chlorine. My husband and I shared the food and we were both full once we were done. My first time here and I absolutely loved it. As well as the environment and the decorations.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious! Coming from a person who loves breakfast... Rodeo serves the best pancakes and best biscuits & gravy I've ever had.
